You can check-in your room by 4 pm on arrival day. Please vacate your room by 11:30 am on departure day. If you leave later or earlier or do not arrive at all, we will charge you 70% of the total costs. Apartment Bündnerhüsli guests get their keys at the Country Wellness Bündnerhof in Samnaun Dorf (Phone +41 (0)81 8618500).

Paying by Mastercard, Visacard or Dinerscard you have to pay a 2% of the hotel arrangement price. Paying by Swiss ECD cards, Post credit cards or Maestro you don't have to pay any fees. For Maestro cards we recommend to raise your limit in time. If you don't wan tot raise your EC card limit, you can pay in pieces.
Travel insurance:
Taking out an adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended to make sure you are fully covered in case of any cancellation, medical emergencies or theft of personal belongings.
